Hi, my name is Lauren Pham and this is my 5th year coaching for Pinecrest. I have also coached swimmers for the Coffman YMCA club team for 3 years, and was a varsity swim coach at Xenia High School this past year. I grew up swimming at Pinecrest and spent 10 years on the team. I am also currently attending Wright State University where I am pursuing a degree in Physiology and Neuroscience.

This is my 28th year coaching for Pinecrest Piranhas. Also, coached at Xenia High School for 6 years, a year at Oakwood High School, and 2 years at Beavercreek YMCA 7-8 age group. I grew up swimming and diving at WSU and Pinecrest. I went on to Xavier University on a diving scholarship. Married to Pat. We have 4 amazing children and 2 grandbabies. All swam at Pinecrest. 

My name is Will Miller and this is my 4th year coaching for Pinecrest. As a swimmer, I swam with Pinecrest for 10 years, competed with the Coffman YMCA club team for 5 years, and was a 4-year Varsity Swimmer at Xenia High School. I am currently a rising senior at Ohio University studying Media Arts Production and Social Media.

My name is Grace Smith and I am currently a second year nursing student at the University of Cincinnati.  I have swam competitively for 9 years at Coffman YMCA and throughout high school for Xenia High.  I have been a part of the Pinecrest Piranhas for 13 years and this will be my third year coaching for Pinecrest Swim Team!

My name is Kaitlyn Reigle. I swam competitively for 11 years on various teams including Coffman YMCA, Wayne High School, and Ursuline College. Last year, I was a head swim coach at Xenia high school. I'm excited to be at Pinecrest this summer!

My name is Colin Pham and I am currently a student at Ashland University.  I am 19 years old and am thrilled to start my 3rd year of coaching with Pinecrest Swim Club.  I am part of the Ashland University swim team and have swam competitively for 12 years now, with 11 of those years with Pinecrest.  I cannot wait for the season to start!
